These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which AB CONTRACTS & DESIGNS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) provides this demonstration website and, in due course, its design and build services.

1. About this website

This website is a demonstration (“demo”) site prepared to showcase design and functionality. Contact telephone numbers, email addresses and WhatsApp links shown on the site are placeholder demo details and are not monitored live channels. Project imagery is concept/showcase imagery and does not represent completed works of the Company.

2. Quotations and contracts

Any quotation provided by the Company will be given in writing, itemised, and will state its validity period. A contract for works is formed only when a written quotation or contract document is accepted by both parties in writing. No binding obligation arises from the use of this website or its enquiry forms.

3. Our services

• Descriptions of services on this website are indicative summaries and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
• Regulated, certified or specialist activities will only be undertaken where the Company holds, or subcontracts to parties holding, the appropriate qualifications and registrations required by law.
• The Company does not claim accreditations, memberships or insurance cover unless and until they are formally in place and documented.

4. Payments

Payment terms for any contracted works will be set out in the relevant quotation or contract, including any stage payments, retention (if applicable) and final payment on practical completion. Title in materials and ownership arrangements will be as stated in the contract.

5. Variations

Changes to an agreed scope of works must be recorded in writing, priced transparently, and agreed before the varied work proceeds, except where urgent work is required for safety reasons.

6. Programme and delays

Estimated timescales are provided in good faith. The Company will notify clients promptly of delays and their causes. Liability for delay will be governed by the written contract for the works.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, the Company’s liability in connection with this demonstration website is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law; liability under any works contract will be defined in that contract.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, imagery and code — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
