Our story
One team,
one standard.
Too many projects fail in the handover between designer and builder — details diluted, budgets drifting, programmes slipping. AB CONTRACTS & DESIGNS LIMITED was set up to remove that gap entirely.
Design, planning and delivery sit under one roof, so the standard agreed at the drawing board is the standard delivered on site. It is a simpler way to build — and it produces calmer projects and better spaces.
This is a demonstration website for a newly registered company. It makes no claims about trading history, past projects, accreditations or insurance cover.
How we
work.
Honesty before optimism
We would rather give you a realistic number and a realistic date than win a job on a fantasy. It costs less in the end — for everyone.
Respect for the building
Period fabric, neighbours, shared hallways, your daily routine. A good site is a considerate site.
Materials that age well
We favour stone, timber, plaster and metal over shortcuts in plastic — finishes that look better in year five than week one.
Finish is everything
Anyone can build a wall. The value is in the last three percent — the alignment, the reveals, the details you only notice when they’re wrong.
